Cape Breton Music Industry Cooperative Presents ECMA Cape Breton Kickoff
(Sydney, NS) - The Cape Breton Music Indsutry Cooperative(CBMIC) announced today the artists who will perform during the CBMIC Presents ECMA Cape Breton Kickoff concert at Smooth Herman's Nightclub & Lounge as part of the 2010 East Coast Music Awards, Festival & Conference taking place in Sydney from March 4-7.
Crowdis Bridge, Dawn & Margie Beaton, Colin Grant Band, The Tom Fun Orchestra, The Easy Bleeders, Slowcoaster and Madame Brown will offer a diverse lineup with musical styles ranging from Celtic to bluegrass to funk and rock. "The artists performing during the CBMIC Presents ECMA Cape Breton Kickoff represent some of the hottest up and coming and export ready artists Cape Breton has to offer," said Jennifer Pino Chair of the Board for CBMIC. "We feel the lineup is a great cross section of the talent on our island and offers a little something for everyone in what is going to be a great start to the ECMA weekend in Cape Breton".
CBMIC Presents ECMA Cape Breton Kickoff takes place at Smooth Herman's Nightclub & Lounge on Thursday, March 4, 2010. Doors open at 9:00pm and showtime is 10:00pm. Tickets are available at Joe's Warehouse for $10.00. Admission is free with an ECMA Delegate Pass.
